Changfang and Xidao
We engaged with COP during the early stages of development
in 2017 and continued our involvement through to commercial operation in 2024. The project represents a total capacity
of 600 MW, and we made signi昀椀cant contributions to many
key packages within the EPCI team, thereby playing an essential role in establishing the local supply chain.
BALTIC POWER
We were engaged by Northland Power, a Baltic Power shareholder, to support the project’s development and achieve 昀椀nancial close for its 1100 MW capacity. Now, in the construction
phase, our team oversees the progression of manufacturing
and contract execution. We have taken on multiple roles, including Deputy EPCI Director, Deputy Package Managers, and
engineers across various packages such as Cable, WTG, Electrical, Foundation, and Construction.
CODLING WIND PARK
Engaged by one of the JV partners, we secured 1.3 GW of
capacity within the 昀椀rst phase of offshore wind farm developments in Ireland. Under the leadership of its Project Director, we successfully helped Codling Offshore Wind Park
secure its ORESS in 2023. We continue to collaborate with
CWP, with team members seconded into roles such as EPCI
Director, Package Manager for WTG and Site Investigation,
and Lead Planner.
